PERSONAL SURVIVAL

The first reason to go to war is to fight for your own personal survival. You may say that that sounds extreme but it is not. The Devil has been watching you since the day you were born. He knows you inside and out. There has been demons that have been assigned to you to keep you in check. The devil knows that he has to keep you down. To hit you were it hurts. To hit you in your weaknesses. So it is time for us a Royal Priesthood and a Holy nation to start acting like it. There are small or large sins that have crept in and you don't even notice. If you are not living a victorious life. If you do not have the joy of the lord in your life. If you have a lack of faith. If you have a bad temper. The list could go on and on. The thing we must do is Pray. We must pray that God will reveal to us what areas in our life we have given the devil dominin over. This will be different for all people. I will just be honest and use myself as an example. This will help both of us. This is what I would pray.

"GOD I STAND BEFORE YOU AN OPEN VESSEL BROKEN TO BECOME ALL THAT YOU HAVE CALLED ME TO BE. I KNOW THAT I HAVE ALLOWED SATAN TO HAVE DOMINION OVER MY LIFE. I REPENT OF MY KNOWN BONDAGES AND ASK THAT YOU AND THE HOLY SPIRIT REVEAL TO ME THE AREAS THAT I HAVE BEEN IGNORANT ABOUT. BRING ME OUT OF MY SLUMBER AND IGNORANCE, REVEAL TO ME THE STRONGHOLDS THAT ARE IN MY LIFE. SAVE ME FROM PERISHING BECAUSE OF MY IGNORANCE, CREATE IN ME A CLEAN HEART AND RENEW A RIGHT SPIRIT WITHIN ME." I KNOW THAT I HAVE ALLOWED MYSELF TO BE CONSUMED WITH A CONTROLLING SPIRIT I DENOUNCE IT'S AUTHORITY OVER MY LIFE NOW IN THE NAME OF JESUS. I REBUKE AND BIND THE STRONGMAN OF ERROR THAT HAS ISSUED A CONTROLLING AND UNSUBMISSIVE SPIRIT INTO MY LIFE I COMMAND IT TO GO IN THE NAME OF JESUS. FATHER GOD YOU SAID IN YOUR WORD MATT. 18:18 THAT WHATSOEVER I SHALL BIND SHALL BE BOUND IN HEAVEN. I CLAIM THIS SPIRITUAL LAW AND CLAIM FULL DELIVERANCE IN THE NAME OF JESUS. GOD I PRAY THAT YOU WOULD FILL THE EMPTY PLACE IN MY SOUL, THAT THIS SPIRIT HAS LEFT, WITH YOUR SPIRIT OF TRUTH ACCORDING TO YOUR WORD 1 JOHN 4:6. I WILL KNOW THE SPIRIT OF TRUTH NOT THE SPIRIT OF ERROR."

There are many other spirits that I must deal with, but that will give you an example of what you must do to get freedom from sin in your own life.

There are also generational curses that you must break. These are curses that have been passed from parents to their children for generations and generations. If your father is an alcoholic there is a real good chance that you will fight with the temptation more often than someone who's father never drank. You must rebuke and bind such curses off of your life and the life of your children and grandchildren. Satan will look back for generations and find what it was, that your great, great grandfather or grandmother had submitted to and he will hit you full force to see if you will succumb to the same temptation. This is how I would pray.

" FATHER IN THE NAME OF JESUS I ASK YOU AND THE HOLY SPIRIT TO REVEAL TO ME THE GENERATIONAL CURSES. I KNOW THAT MY GRANDMA WAS UNSUBMISSIVE AND CONTROLLING I REBUKE AND BREAK THIS CURSE ON MY LIFE. I BREAK IT OFF OF MY CHILDREN AND THEIR CHILDREN. I BREAK THIS UNHOLY CURSE IN THE NAME OF JESUS AND CLAIM COMPLETE DELIVERANCE. THANK YOU FOR SENDING THE SPIRIT OF TRUTH TO CONTINUASLY OVERCOME THE SPIRIT OF ERROR THAT HAS CONTROLLED MY FAMILY FOR YEARS."

I believe that many christians including myself have been held back from fulfilling our full potential in Christ because of the areas that we have let the Devil control. Some of these things are sins that we knowingly commit others are things that have crept in and we don't even realize. I feel as if we are moving into the final battle. This is a battle that we must be prepared for. The United States military never sends our men off to war unprepared. Those men and women go through thorough training in order to be able to fight for our country. We never go to war without knowing our enemies weaknesses. We need to get the enemy out of our camp before we try to defeat the enemy. I'm not talking about people in the church that you think are not right in some areas. I'm talking about the enemy that is in our own house. This is the first thing that the enemy is going to use to defeat the army of the Lord. Make sure that there are no satanic strongholds in your life that the devil can use to destroy you or other soldiers.

1) Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith christ has made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage.

Galations 5:1

If you feel that you are not strong enough on your own. Go to your pastor and have him pray with you and anoint you with oil. the Bible says that the annointing breaks the yoke of bondage. That is why the lord has called our leaders is to bring deliverance to the people of this world.

18) The spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath annointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives and recover the sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are brused,

19) To preach the acceptable year of the lord.
