Our Father who art in heaven,
Hallowed be thy name.
Jesus was talking to the disciples. Jesus was giving them an outline of how to pray. The first
thing he was telling his disciples to do was to show reverance to the father in heaven. I believe that he was saying to praise
God for all of his provisions. These provisions are shown in the names of God.
Jehovah Rohi = Jehovah my Shephard
Jehovah Nissi = Jehovah my Banner
Jehovah Jireh = Jehovah my provider
Jehovah Rapha = Jehovah my healer
Jehovah Shammah = Jehovah is present
Jehovah Shalom = Jehovah my peace
Jehovah M'Kaddesh = Jehovah my Sanctification
Jehovah Tsidkenu = Jehovah my righteousness
Example: I Thank and praise you God for being Jehovah Rohi my shephard. I thank you for leading
me into your divine will and your divine plan. I thank you for being Jehovah Nissi my banner, my protector. I thank you for
keeping me safe and under the shadow of your wings. I thank you that you are Jehovah Jireh my provider. I praise you because
you supply all of my needs according to your riches in glory. I thank you for being Jehovah Rapha my healer. I thank you that
by your stripes I am healed and I walk in divine health and healing. I thank you for being Jehovah Shammah. For being with
me at all times and preserving me with your presence. I thank you for being Jehovah Shalom my peace. I thank you that even
if I walk through the valley of the shadow of death I will fear no evil. Your peace will sustain me and keep me through all
the trials that I go through. I thank you that you are Jehovah M'Kaddesh and Jehovah Tsidkenu. Through your sacrifice on the
cross I am sanctified and the righteousness in Christ Jesus. Because you are all These I am complete and I will be safe in
your arms. I praise you Lord Jesus for being my everything, and leaving nothing left undone. I am complete and victorious
because of your provisions.
This is just an example of how you might pray. If you go through each name of God you are not
leaving any provisions out. You are able to thank and praise God for all that he has done in your life.
